Hello, I just went through that exam period last week, and so let’s just get to this track. This time, it will be a reprieve from a shorter track yet it could still be a complex one. So, I got the theme here from Josh Bernstein’s Strangers and Freak Videos, where you had to destroy Lenny Avery’s Realty Signs. And so, naturally, I made a track for that. Unfortunately, turns out that when I first made the track, I make several mistakes on the spots where the houses it because I just followed the map picture on the map where I had to make a compromise. This mistake just goes on for like the entire Vinewood Hills part of the track Hence the second version better represents the actual locations of the houses better. The first version would be called Bernstein Arson, and the second would be called Carrington Fraud. While both are quite different in layout, both have a similar vein of the twisty hilly track so be careful. I would show the divergence on Bernstein first, before going through the entirety of Carrington. So just follow the lighter purple line. The Pitlane however is still the same, up the Normandy Drive, with an additional detour through Hillcrest at the Carrington Fraud. Next shall be the last of the current batch of new tracks, and two variants returning, Baptism by Fire followed by D’Urban Durant
The car to be used here will be a red Felon with green pearlescent. I already did Felon GT, so Felon is a nice change, along with the hint of Lenny Avery’s green.

“So, do you want to get a new house in the most expensive real estate in the World? Well… it’s time to pick. Lenny Avery, who has nothing to do with the famous Avery Carrington, or Josh Bernstein, who would tell you to burn his own estate and then pin the blame on you after? It’s your call, but at least you can do sightseeing before finally making a decision before a lunatic poured gasoline into your face. The pitlane is up Normandy Drive”
As I said, let’s just focus on the Carrington Fraud. First is the “Arson Scam” section around Bernstein’s property. While it wasn’t so bad at the start, the braking zone is quite dangerous in the flying lap scenario. Then we have the “Playboy Latte” Triple Chicane to Cougar. This is followed by the “Alphabet Chicane” into Playa Vista. Then there’s the notorious section of “Crastenburg Corridor”. Following this, we have the fast lefthander of “Deathly Marriage” to North Rockford, and at the end of the climb, we get to the “Miguel’s Heist” righthander to Ace Jones, which contains the “Comet Hill”, a scary S corner into the slow “Hangman Game” section to North Sheldon. Here we feature a scary kink called “Nigel Thornhill” before the “Summit Sign” to Marlowe. Marlowe section features “Blind Tiles Chicane” and at the end of it, the “Half-Baked Moon” Then we get “The Dam Wall” into Lake Vinewood. Another scary section is “Kimberly Downhill” Which is a sharp challenging downhill followed by a sharp lefthander. Then there’s “Gideon’s Eye” another blind corner to Wild Oats. Then there’s “The Oatmilk” to Baytree Canyon. The next notable corner is “Vacca’s Gentry” into Didion once more. With the “Fostenburg Chicane” from Cox to Picture Perfect, this is followed by “The Epsilon Five” to South Mo Milton. At the end of it, features “Kidnapped Lost” lefthander to Mad Wayne Thunder, then another Triple Chicane of “Dunstable Park”. Following this is another dangerous downhill section of “Rumpo News” followed by the “Shoplifter” Hairpin. And then finally we get to the final section of the track, the narrow “Baku Kaiser”
Note: Bernstein Arson Section (2:38 minute. 0:06-2:44) Carrington Fraud Section (2:30 minute. 5:38-8:08)
